Listed both on the 1001 Video Games You Must Play Before You Die for the arcade game, and on the 100 Greatest Console Video Games 1977-1987 for the Atari 7800 version. For the arcade game, the easiest way to play it is ARCADE GAME SERIES: Ms. Pac-Man which you can buy for about $4 for Steam or console. The 7800 version is recommended for the 1977-1987 console book, even though there were better ports, just after 1987 is all.
